Returns
You may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Mandatory Requirement: Customers must provide clear unboxing video footage (from opening the package to showing the product’s condition) as proof to process a return request.
Without video evidence, return requests will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
The claim must be supported with unboxing video footage showing the issue clearly.
Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange
Direct exchanges are not available. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
